Challenge: Digitl Inc. was facing challenges in key aspects

  1. The Long Manual Onboarding ⏰

This was causing problems for two reasons. Firstly, it delayed the time at which clients were getting their ads live - delaying the upfront value they got from their services. Secondly, it was taking too many man-hours away from Brock and his team. The time spent editing contacts, editing invoices, sending instructional emails, preparing for meetings etc was time that wasn’t spent on providing the best possible experience for their client.

  2. Lack of Powerful lead magnets 🧲

Whilst Brock had some lead magnets he knew that he could do better. He wanted to create a personalised lead magnet for each potential lead which demonstrated the agency's expertise in the subject and set Digitl Inc. apart from all competition. The problem with this is that it would have taken way too long for them to do this manually and would require a new team member's full focus…

  3. Inconsistent Client Communication 🗣️

As Digitl Inc. expanded its clientele and ventured into diverse marketing sectors, maintaining consistent and personalized communication with each client became a challenge. With a vast array of services spanning from Facebook ads to LinkedIn ads, ensuring that each client received timely updates, reports, and feedback tailored to their specific campaign was crucial. However, the manual process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. This inconsistency risked diminishing the trust and rapport that Brock and his team had painstakingly built with their clients.

Solutions:

  1. Completely Automated Onboarding System:

To address the lengthy manual onboarding process, we implemented a comprehensive automated onboarding system. This system streamlined tasks such as contact editing, invoice generation, and instructional email dispatch. By automating these processes, clients experienced a quicker transition from sign-up to live ads, enhancing the immediate value they derived from Digitl Inc.'s services. Moreover, this freed up significant man-hours for Brock and his team, allowing them to focus on delivering superior client experiences and strategizing for campaigns.

  2. Powerful Customized Lead Magnets:

Recognizing the need for more impactful lead magnets, we developed a system that auto-generates personalized lead magnets for each potential lead. By leveraging data analytics and AI-driven content creation, each lead magnet was tailored to demonstrate Digitl Inc.'s expertise relevant to the potential client's interests. This not only showcased the agency's prowess but also set them distinctly apart from competitors. The automation ensured that creating these high-quality, personalized lead magnets did not require disproportionate manual effort or additional staffing.

  3. Consistent Follow-Up System:

To tackle the challenge of inconsistent client communication, we introduced an automated follow-up system. This system tracks each client's specific campaign and auto-generates timely updates, reports, and feedback messages tailored to their campaign's progress and results. By ensuring regular and error-free communication, the system fortified the trust between Digitl Inc. and its clients. The automation also ensured that Brock and his team could maintain this high level of communication consistency without being overwhelmed, irrespective of the agency's growing clientele.
